Day to day in Hurghada
- Hotels: large international hotels host guests from everywhere; we found no official rule on two people of the same sex sharing a room. Book twin beds if you prefer, or ask when booking.
- In public: no hand-holding or kissing, for any couple, straight couples included.
- No recognised gay-friendly area in Hurghada that we can safely recommend.
- Beach and sea: boat trips and diving are no issue; this is a trip with friends or as a discreet couple.
